Catch a falling star

Yippee!

My very first Joint Account-Smartparents Savings Account@OCBC with DD.
On top of that,
we created another OCBC MSA 123 account to generate more interest for ourselves,
through this saving account.

Anyone serving us would be so patient, smiling and always
willing to answer the silliest questions you ever asked.
No wonder OCBC has gotten the Retail Service Award of 2009.

1st April 2010- It's April Fool's Day.
But I am not fooling around.
DD and I are determined to save up for OUR future,
as of today.

Through the joint savings account, we can generate a 0.2% interest per annum.
The interest rate for the MSA account if you deposit a fix amount sum
for 36months, is 1.15%.

There are shorter MSA savings plan for 13mths and 24 mths,
with an interest rate of 0.6% and 0.9% respectively.

So let's say you decide to save $100 monthly into your MSA account.
At the end of 36 months,
you would have saved $4000+.

A little accumulates to alot.
Do not underestimate the power of saving up.

After a 2.5hr stay at OCBC,
the famished DD and I went to a nearby coffeeshop to grab some food.
I would use one word to describe that,"Yummy!"
